From today I will no longer be using devaintARTs commission widgets, why? Because they will assume you are cashing out without you even doing so. Their system does not care about the truth, if you pay people with points, and they pay you later through a commission widget this will happen.

I have been in talk with helpdesk about this since they thought I was cashing out points (giving others points for free so they can give them back to me through a widget to get money for it)
And all I got was The system is designed to automatically flag suspicious transactions transferring points in this manner is not allowed. It is one of the many reasons we do recommend that all commissions be made through the use of the widget and not simply at a personal level. I had evidence if needed and they did not even care.

They also refund the points used if this happens to you ( even if they told me they would I have not gotten any taken that I know of yet) Which means, if you use points(donation/or button) and the widget at the same time for reciving and sending points, its most likely you will get in the same trouble if you buy from the same person who buy from you.

So I am not going to deal with this, or give dA more money by using this faulty widget of theirs. I am sorry if this hurts a lot of my customers who only have points, but I do not want to deal with such unprofessional way of creating a system that will flag you without even checking for evidences.

Just wanted to give a heads up for those who wondered why I removed the widget from my page ^^; I might still accept points normally but that will be rare since my art is now my fulltime job.

Would not recommend using this widget for anyone who also pay others with points in more than one way.</span>
