Dragon Species contest for comicOk, so for my new comic I need some new species of dragons ^^ I want you guys to help me with making species as they have to be homemade xP no stealing from others.
Theme:
Make a reference sheet for a species of dragons you create yourself, they have to be made for the contest and not exist from beforehand.
Rules for dragons:
:bulletred: They have to either be two legged or four legged (please note that two legged are called wyverns)
:bulletred: All dragons must have wings and be capable of flying
:bulletred: No chinise like dragons
:bulletred: You have to include name for species, habitat, what food they like, if there is anything special about them (like shiny stuff etc), if they have a special kind of roar, how they treat they're egg and young, other usueful facts like mating n so if u want, if they have nature specialties like night vision n so
:bulletred: breath if you want ( frost, boiling water, toxic smoke, lightning) no other than that as I already have fire breathers and sire

So in short: Laptop is broken - hard drive issue which pretty much means I'm screwed. I have to send my computer to my father who lives on the other side of the country since i moved... and hopefully he can fix it. I never thought I would find a scarier version of Christian indoctrination then Jesus Camp (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jesus_Camp). Then I found the video below. It make's Jesus Camp look absolutely harmless. Oh yeh and they specifically target non-christian children between the ages of 4 and 12 ; or children who aren't the "right type" of Christian.
Make sure you watch the whole thing. It isn't lying. It is all factual. This is what these "school clubs" actually teach to children right after the last bell rings... in public schools. You may have to pause the video in some areas to read what it says.
Their curriculum is so terrifyingly horrendous that it nearly brings me to tears at the thought of any child having to hear these things f
~Design Contest! CLOSED!Hey all!
So it's been a while since I held a contest, and I think it's about time for a new one! However, this time I won't get you to draw any of my characters; instead I'll be getting you to design a new one!
I did this with the design of Serphy, yes, believe it or not (his design has changed dramatically from the original entry however) and I realized how fun the contest was, so I want to hold another one almost the same!
Now I've been thinking a lot about this. And I really, really want a new fursona. As in, entirely new; Taz and Marie won't be sonas anymore; instead I will keep them as characters, because I still do love them. However, I just don't feel like they capture me enough. Sure, all of the elements symbolizing the things I like are there, like favourite colours, accessories and what not. But really, they're just cool designs to me now. Cruelty Free and MeOk... After answering a half dozen emails asking if my products are "Cruelty Free" I feel I need to voice my opinion.
This "rage" of wildlife products has poked a stick in many peoples Ideals.. But they have begun to make it what they want... And need to see to make it "OK".
First of all...
To me " Cruelty free" means Anything that was either Ethically, humanely or naturally taken or Something that was cast off by the animal naturally(Shed antlers and Feathers).
To most people I've spoken to it means  Anything that was Cast off by the animal or died of "Natural Causes" (Which oddly enough often includes Roadkills)
Completely ignoring the LEGAL implications of Picking up dead Wildlife in many states (Including WA) I just want to say a few things... To make you think...

Drama llama kids everywere.

Today I learned that asking someone to please stop complaining and whining on my page is the same as hate mail. xD Kids making new meanings for stuff never gets old. And apparently it gives you a low maturity level aswell. D8 what am I missing here?

Remember people dont tell others how to behave, it makes you immature and a hater. I knew I shouldnt trust my parents and teatchers, they are so immature and old compared to me so they cant go tell people how to behave.

Isnt calling a person a hater being a hater yourself?(So all you haters think about the concept like that!) (Now think about who's a hater. I've called people who called people haters, haters, so wouldnt that make me a hater too? Probably, but alas, I dont care! I think its a dumb concept anyways. Back to my point. If the people who call people haters are haters then that means that the actual haters who were labled haters are being ignored. So there are the haters who call people haters and the real haters who just hate. Make sense? Probably not. Oh well! XD)

Yeah, srsly. Kids are always like oh well if you say that, you are basically saying this to me. Really waht they're doing is just saying these things, because they feel bad and want an excuse to make it seem ok or say something in their defense. They don't need to feel like they need to defend themselves. They feel embarrassed and act as if it's the exact same as being in trouble. So when they cant find something witty to say in their retort they say something mean to you as if to say well you're doing something wrong as well!

You haven't missed anything, mate. Chances are that whoever said this is/are just being idiots who just make crap up to benefit them.

Worse-case-scenario, you could always just block them if they repeditively keep on bugging you/causing trouble.
Just keep on loving all the haters, and try not to let them bug you too much. With luck, it should solve itself with time.

And now I'm off to spread my 'wisdom' around the galaxy on my flying helli-cat.
