aaah you make it look easy!
The way you describe it xDD
Can i ask, what is the size of a work like this? In pixels?
And how long did it take you?

great art. I love how you made the ice, reflective, smooth, and bright. The detail and colours are fantastic. nice work! 8D

Did you do this with a tablet? Its so gorgeous! I wish i could draw something so incredible in such a short amout of time, it takes me that long and longer just to sketch something out!

Yeah, when inspiration hits me in the face, the next thing i know it ive got this sketch in front of me and i swear i started it a half hour ago. Its only happened a few times like that, usually takes much longer until im satisfied, but with my drawing tablet  supposedly coming tomorrow......... i cant keep up with all the cursed ideas i just want to do NOW

Amazing job on this! I love the contrast in color and the way the lighting is. The blues make it look pretty icy and cold!

Also, while rendering and adding finer detail, do you think it's easier to do it on the same layer or a different layer? I've always wondered and want to try it for myself. I've never done art this way before and it looks so fun *A*

I like to do it on the same layer if  I do small details, because I have more control changing the whole thing if I have to ^^

Oh okay! It sounds easier than switching between two layers too.

I've seen artists talking about "rendering" a lot of times but I'm never too sure of what it consists of. ;3;
What is it? What am I supposed to do when "rendering" a drawing? I'm sorry for the dumb question. ;3;

very nice! do you put the finer details on a separate layer or is it the same layer as the shading?

I paint it on the same layer :3 if I paint something on a diffrent layer I usually merge it down with everything pretty quick so I have more control xDD
