how you make background transparent?

It really depends on which program you are using.
For example, Gimp has a really easy way to make the background transparent.
When making the file, just click "Advanced options," "fill with," and "Transparency."
Hope this helped

Iaza.com :3 just make the background a diffrent color than what you used on the character and choose the transparant thingy on iaza, click on the background color and then click convert.
